okay, so i know it's been a long time since i've posted, and here's why, i have another journal, some of you know this but what you don't know is that it's become my primary journal and i only ever check this one once a week or so, whereas i check that one once or twice a day and post to it much more often, usually on a regular basis(though lately i've been kinda busy, but it's still much more often than this one) and so the time has come to be rid of this journal, and so i'm going to give you all a link to my latest post to my other journal(which you should read) and i'm going to add you all as friends on that one too, so that if you want, you can keep up with my life, i won't be checking this journal again, but i don't think i'll delete it either, at least not right away, i'll simply ignore it completely

also, for those of you wondering, i moved out about two months ago, which is a wonderful thing, and am living with Ashlee, we've got a nice little place in garden home and you're welcome to visit anytime

To all transpersons and allies: CRITICAL ISSUE

The story below needs wide, WIDE, WIDE dispersal!! Send the link to everyone you know!! This in my opinion, is an extremely significant story, that needs to spread as far and as wide as the transgender community can spread it, and as quickly as possible. The issue has a very short shelf life. It needs national and international exposure. This lovely transwoman, who has an excellent 14 year track record with her employer (which is admitted by her supervisors and all involved at the City of Largo, Florida) is being fired specifically, directly, and unashamedly, because she is trans. This is a horrible story. Pressure needs to be brought, and it can only happen if it becomes a major story. We can make that happen by spreading it on the Internet, as far and as wide as we can, and FAST!!!!!!!

okay, i know it's been a little while since i posted but this isn't really an update, but that will come in the next day or so *i promise* because there is much happiness to tell of, this is a request, specifically a request for a digital camera, if any of you have an extra i'd love to buy it from you or if you want to give it to me that's cool too, but i need one, my short term needs are simply the use of one however, i need to take pictures of my jewelry so that i can put them up on ebay and sell some so i'll be getting money, and once i've got money then i'll be able to buy a digital camera, hopefully from one of you for much less than new, so, if any of you have a digital camera that can get good detail on something fairly small then let me know, it doesn't even ever have to leave your sight, you can come over and help me take the pictures and then load them onto my computer and be done with it, if you can help with this that would be amazing, also if there are job openings at anyone's place of employment and it's something i might be able to do let me know and maybe you can put in a good word for me

It's that time again, the time when the broke silversmith offers huge discounts to all his friends on jewelry so that he can then go out and buy them presents. That's right, any jewelry you buy from me during the holiday season will be marked down for two reasons, because I love you and because I am flat broke and need money to buy presents for other people. I would give a flat % discount but that would make me do math so instead I'll just give you a dicount based on pretty much nothing, for example if you're interested in a necklace that costs $25 I'm likely to give it to you for $15, or if it was $80 I'm likely to give it to you for $60.

okay, so today was awesome, i woke up kind of late and decided not to kill myself trying to get to my keyboarding class so i relaxed a bit and just went to writing, got there about 20 minutes early and spent the time chatting to a couple of the people in the class about how much of a pain the teacher is, Crystal pointed out that he says 'ok' every other word, i didn't believe it at first but i listened to him for the whole class and at 3:00 i started a tally, between 3:00 and 3:35 he said 'ok' 133 times, 133!!! that's about once every 15 seconds, the only reason i don't say that he punctuates his sentences with 'ok is that he starts half of them with it, now i understand why he's so hard to understand, he's checking on his progress more than he's actually talking, "so i want you to do this and this, ok? and to do that you'll have to do this, ok? ok, so now do that, ok? what i mean is, ok well, it's like this, ok? ok?" so that was interesting, and it gave me a headache, i'm going to take a count of when he says 'um' because he said that every time he didn't say 'ok' "so, um, i want you to do this and, um, this, ok? and, um, to do that you'll have to do this, ok? ok, um, so now, um, do that, ok? what i mean is, um, ok well, it's like this, ok? um, ok?" ok?
then after i got out of there i ran into a couple of people i know so i stopped to chat and then went to get my new bus pass for next month and chatted with the lady who works in there, all in all it was a friendly, happy day, which is odd for me, i liked it, it amused me, and now i'm having a sammich, which also amuses me, meowing panda

okay, so getting up at 5 am to go shopping didn't work out, mostly because my mother forgot and i didn't want to go in the first place so i didn't wake her up, then around 1 i got a call from Michelle to hang out at the mall so i went down there and hung out with her for a while and then with Danielle and after they'd all left me i went and started some christmas shopping, which mostly involved me looking at stuff and wondering who i need to get things for and what i need to get them, it's good though, i found a bunch of really cheap cookbooks so i got three of them for my mother and all together they were about $10 less than any one of them usually would be, so that was awesome, it gets her out of the way without any real thought, and then i looked at some other stuff and came home and got yelled at for not eating, it was fun, that is, the part where i was out of the house and away from the bitch was fun, coming home not so much, and later i've got to put together a powerpoint for my business class and work on my paper for writing, BAH! also there needs to be a way to lock the comments on an entry so that the person who posted it can't see it so that we can all confer about who's getting him what

here's another group of people who need to be bashed over the head with a new york phone directory for about 6 minutes, these fully grown twins who wear matching outfits, and worse still the ones who wear matching ugly outfits, you'd think that they'd realize that these things do not look good, they wouldn't even need a mirror to know who horrible they look, and i do want to be very clear here, i'm not talking about little girls whose parents dress them, in those cases it's the parents who should be slapped repeatedly with a large kitchen appliance, i'm talking about the ones who are over the age of 18, who have no excuses, under 18 parents legally still have influance(technically anyway, so they could be blamed) but over 18 there is no excuse whatsoever, it's a simple process, wake up, shower, get dressed, look at your twin, if you've picked the same thing to wear one of you go change, just one, maybe flip a coin to decide who but one of you needs to be wearing something else or here's an idea, don't have matching wardrobes, when you go to the store to buy clothes don't get two of everything, get one, that way we an avoid this problem altogether, and just one more thing on this subject, do something about your hair, don't have the same hairstyle, maybe get it cut differently, like one of them could shave her head and the other dye her hair bright pink, so we know which one's which, i'm just trying to be helpful here ladies and gentlemen, just trying to help

okay, went to the gemshow today and it was amazing, i spent way more money than i had any right to but it'll be worth it if i can get to work and use some of the stones before my next show, i got some great stuff and of course i got it at amazing prices because i am both cheap and broke so i tend to find great deals, one guy had AMAZING deals on his stuff and i got him to give me a lower price and then an even lower one, so that was very happy, and i got some other awesome deals, one lady i bought from i only got a couple things from and they were on clearance and then half off and still not an amazing price, but reasonable, then i came home and ate breakfast, and now i'm typing this, and yeah, that's pretty much my day, meow?

okay, the bazaar today sucked pretty bigtime, made crap, had to deal with idiots most of the day, the venders to my left were kind of fun, but the booth on my right was selling wreathes for the girls basketball team, but it wasn't the girls on the team selling them(heaven forbid) it was their mothers, and i'm sorry if you have a mother like this or think that they should be like this but i heard these ladies talking about how they got into it and the one was saying 'oh yeah, well they couldn't find anyone for the morning shift so my daughter volenteered me, i had to reorganize my whole schedule for it but what are going to do' 'oh yeah i know, i was thinking about going back to work but then my son wanted to get into sports so i couldn't' WHAT THE FUCK!!!!??? what is wrong with these idiots, i can understand doing things for your child but there are limits, and your child saying that you'll do something while you're busy without consulting you is way past the line, it's past a couple lines, if i pulled that shit and actually expected them to do it i'd be living on the streets, bah /rant then across from me was a guy selling games, not homemade games or anything like that but educational board games of some sort, not something that belongs at a craft fair, and next to him were two platinum blonds who seemed to have the combined IQ of an eggplant(i apologize to any eggplants i may have offended) and yeah... tomorrow i'm going to the gem show downtown, if anyone else is going let me know and we can hang out, or if you think it'd be a fun thing to do let me know, or if you just want an excuse to see me that's okay too just let me know and we'll go down there, and yeah... i think i'm done now, maybe... i think... Step One
- Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you're
comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday

Step Two
- Surf around your
friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just random journals) to see who has posted
their list. And now here's the important part:
- If you see a wish you can
grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes
someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you
don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get
someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.
You needn't spend
money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out,
it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread
the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.
There are no

okay, here's my list, some of these things will be pipe dreams while others will be realistic but i'm not going to hold back, either way i may as well put it up, if for no other reason than to encourage you all to repost it with your lists so i know what you want, and i do want all of you to post your lists so i can do something for each and every one of you

1. old clothes, not just any old clothes, female clothes that you don't want or don't fit you but that you think would fit me, anything from skirts to t-shirts to bras to a schoolgirl outfit
NOTE: please contact me for how to get it to me, i cannot risk this sort of thing showing up on my doorstep randomly and my parents finding it, just comment annoymously and i'll get you an address you can send it to or place and time i can meet you to get it

2. Napalm and Silly Putty, it's a book by George Carlin, the only one he's written that i don't have, and if you can find it on cd that'd be even better

3. posters, you can never have too many posters and mine are lacking in variety so just any that you think i'd like, if nothing else i'll treasure it because you gave it to me

4. love(yeah, i know this is the biggest pipe dream of all but it's what i want more than anything) real love, or at least the potential for it, maybe you've always had a crush on me or you know someone who does or maybe you just know another lonely person out there who also needs someone, if so do something about it

5. House on DVD, i have the first season but the second is also out and i think the third might be or it might be coming soon, i don't know, either way it'd be awesome

6. any books by Dave Barry, i've got one he's written, Stay Fit and Healthy Until You're Dead, but he's written so many more and he's so funny

7. socks, not boring ones, fun ones, i love fun socks, if you've ever seen my zoo animal toe socks you know what i'm talking about

8. pictures of you, they can either be hard copies or on the computer, i've never really had any pictures of my friends and you all qualify so let's fix that now

9. any music you think i'd like, my music horizons have been broadening somewhat but they've been confined somewhat by my lack of money

10. if anyone out there knows what this means(a few of you will, as for the ones who are lost i'm sorry) and feels so inclined, if you could write rules for a Giant Prehistoric Zucchini under the d20 system i'll find a way to fit it into my campaign, no matter how silly it is i'll do it if you write the rules, and then i'll tell you all about it

so that's it, my list, and i now decree that you all must post yours as well!... okay, not really but i'd be really happy if you did, that could even be my 11th thing on my list, if there were 11 things on it... okay, i know i haven't been posting much lately, that's mostly because i don't really have much to say, everytime i sit down to post my mind goes blank, so i'm going to make a point of posting more often, mostly for the sake of posting, i've been spending a lot of time(probably way too much) on my character for the Shadowrun campaign Ian and i have been talking about(btw if any of you are interested in joining in or know of any one who might be get me or Ian in touch with them so that we can actually start it sometime) and i've made my character an old biker, and a Hells Angel none-the-less, so to work that out i've been also writing up rules for being in a motorcycle club because all the shadowrun books that Ian has are completely devoid of the subject of motorcycle clubs, i've also been writing up my various contacts in the club and overviews on the clubs that are around in the game, i've been having WAY too much fun with this and i hope that it works out well and is all put to good use, and now that rant's over, i'm also doing school stuff, i've been spending a lot of time working on stuff for my writing class, it's a drag, the teacher has a knack for making me feel like i'm getting it and doing great one second and then feel like a complete idiot the next second, that's been happening less lately but it's still there, also i need to do perfectly on everything from this point on to get a C so that's kind of a stressful situation, right now i'm working on a paper about gay marriage for that class and it's going fairly well, i need to get concrete examples but that shouldn't be too hard, and then i've also been spending a lot of time tutoring a guy in my math class, he's a good guy but he's having a lot of trouble with it so i'm working with him when he needs it and he's getting a lot better, i'm also getting ready to register for classes for next term, i've got to figure out which math class to go into, i might do two at once just because they're pretty much the same level just one is geared more toward business, anyway, yeah, i'm a panda?
